After serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Chorus for nearly 2 years, AJ Schreiber was recently promoted to President and CEO. Prior to joining Chorus, A.J. served as National Practice leader for the Healthcare Technology Consulting Practice at RSM McGladrey, Inc. (formerly American Express Tax and Business Services). In that capacity, he assisted healthcare organizations of varying sizes and stages of development with information technology strategic planning, including needs assessment, system selection and implementation. AJ's engagements focused on helping clients, particularly Community Health Centers and health center networks, select and implement HIT to meet their business needs while improving efficiency and optimizing return on investment. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer of a large New York Medicaid managed care plan and as an executive of regional healthcare organizations.

A.J. has extensive experience in systems procurement, project management, telecommunications and application design and development. As Chorus' COO, AJ was responsible for organization-wide operations including Development, Product Management, Quality Assurance/Testing, Training & Implementation, Customer Service and Support, and Technology Infrastructure. He brings his technical acumen, passion for problem solving, and his customer focus to his new role.

He is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences and his articles on healthcare trends and technology have appeared in a variety of healthcare publications.

As Chief Technology Officer, Dr. David Hartzband is responsible for the technical health of Chorus and directs design & development of Chorus's Total Technology Solution.

He is the Founder & Principal of FutureSense Research, a consulting firm specializing in trend analysis & technology strategy, where he focuses on exploration of emerging technologies and their integration into established as well as new software product streams.

David is also a Visiting Scholar in the Engineering Systems Division at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he is currently researching emerging software technologies such as agent-based modeling, ontology-enhanced business process design & execution and service-based application architecture. He is also at work on a new book for the MIT Press entitled, "Technology, Organizations & the Evolution of Work".

He has previously served as the CTO of a number of highly visible public technology companies including eRoom Technology, Agile Software & Riverton Software. Most recently he was the Technology Vice President at EMC Corporation responsible for collaboration software & integration of emerging software technologies.
