Putney Appointed Chief Executive Officer

STAFFORD, TEXAS, June 1, 2005 - Julio Bellber, Chairman of the Board of MDSERVE, Inc. ("MDSERVE") has announced the appointment of Jock Putney, as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.

Putney joined MDSERVE in January 2003, from the WebMD Strategic Markets Group. He previously held Sales and Marketing management positions at Infinity Broadcasting, Community Health Center Management, and HealthPro & Medical Manager-WebMD. At MDSERVE he previously served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, leading the company to two consecutive years of 100% sales growth, as well as Executive Vice President and Acting CEO.
